Frozen and chilled red meat, poultry and natural casings; from approved plants, in the cold chain.
The meat trade is as much about plant approvals and health certificates as it is about the product. A shipment is only possible if the producing plant is on the destination country's approved list.
For red meat, poultry and natural casings, we agree the cut, packaging and certification the buyer needs at the outset, and ship the product frozen or chilled in reefer containers.
