Grains, rice and flour products
Wheat, barley, maize, rice, bulgur, flour and pasta; from bulk vessels to retail packs.
Grain is traded on volume, specification and timing. Protein and test weight for wheat, moisture and broken kernels for maize, and grain length and broken ratio for rice determine the price.
We work at different scales, from bulk vessel lots to container loads. For flour, bulgur and pasta, we assess the producer's plant capacity and packaging options together with the buyer.
